By purchasing services from Tutta Bella Florist, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your package.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days after booking online.
- Payments made after the due date may be subject to full cancelation of your wedding.
2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Deposits are non-refundable and apply to your balance.
- If cancellation occurs prior to the 90-day mark, the deposit remains non-refundable.
- Tutta Bella Florist reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. CHANGES & ADJUSTMENTS
- All floral selections, colors, and design details must be finalized 30 days before the event.
4. DESIGN & SUBSTITUTIONS
- Due to the nature of fresh florals, exact flower types and shades cannot be guaranteed. Tutta Bella Florist reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value to maintain the overall design, style, and color palette.
5. DELIVERY & SETUP
- Delivery and setup fees are not included unless otherwise specified.
- The client is responsible for ensuring venue access at the scheduled delivery time.
- Delivery, Set-up and Taxes are not included, delivery varies based on location.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
- The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location).
- Any incorrect information provided may affect service, and Tutta Bella Florist is not liable for missed deliveries or delays caused by inaccurate information.
7. LIABILITY
- Tutta Bella Florist is not responsible for floral care once delivery and setup are complete.
- Client assumes responsibility for maintaining flowers after delivery.
8. AGREEMENT
- By purchasing this package online, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
